Sayed Hadi Yassin, Psy.D., CPC is a distinguished religious scholar and professional counselor with over two decades of experience in spiritual leadership and mental-health support. He studied at the prestigious seminary of Najaf, where he received advanced ijazat in Islamic jurisprudence, Qur’anic interpretation, theology, and ethics.
Complementing his seminary training, he earned formal credentials in psychology and counseling, enabling him to offer a deeply integrated approach to emotional and spiritual well-being.
His expertise includes a broad spectrum of mental health and life challenges:
– Trauma-related issues such as PTSD, grief, and post‑partum depression & anxiety
– Behavioral and mood disorders like depression, OCD, insomnia, autism spectrum challenges, and general anxiety
– Addictive behaviors including substance abuse, sexual addiction, and recovery support
– Family and relational matters: marital conflict, parenting, adolescent struggles, divorce, and sexual abuse recovery
